General Job Brief:

Under the supervision of the Assistant A.D. of Game Operations, the position assists in the operations for home athletic events at ACU.

Typical Duties: (The following duties are those typically required to do the job but are not intended to include all duties that comprise the job content. Typical duties are intended to illustrate the diverse and levels of difficulty of the job.)

  • Plan and organize for event staffing
  • Game event site preparation
  • In-game support to teams, officials, and staff
  • Connecting with visiting teams, coaches, trainers, officials to ensure proper set up
  • Develop efficiencies and improved processes for game ops
  • Horizontal collaboration to create opportunities for improved game experience
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Prerequisite Qualifications: (Classification is typically expected to possess.)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends

Solution-oriented and ability to problem solve

Commitment to the University Mission and Statement of Faith

Advisor recommendation (preferred)

Working Conditions:

General sport environment for game events

Office hours to accomplish administrative tasks and planning

Travel to various events off-campus
